Board of Directors
James Williams – President and CEO
James Williams has more than 20 years of progressively responsible software development and technical support experience across multi-million dollar projects with numerous Fortune 500 companies. He implemented Microsoft’s Hotmail CSS that supports millions of users for WebTV, MSN.com, and Microsoft.com. James has successfully designed, installed, implemented and managed database applications with the highest customer satisfaction results.
James has extensive management experience in a variety of industries, including software products, commercial airplanes, and healthcare solutions.
His understanding of both domestic and international revenue channels encompasses retail sales, OEM, direct sales, and government markets. Among his significant previous positions, James served as Chief Operating Officer of Media Logic, a Seattle-based IT consulting firm with responsibilities ranging from business development to technology consulting.
During his 10 plus years with Media Logic, James introduced automated staffing processes and established training and mentoring programs to help grow and sustain Media Logic’s market share. James Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington.
Roger Graham, J.D. – Chief Operating Officer
Roger Graham joins Life Link Data Corporation after nearly 20 years of executive management, management consulting, real estate investment and legal experience. Roger is a strategic visionary with a clear sense of purpose who has organized, managed and raised capital for dozens of successful entrepreneurial ventures. He has managed securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy restructurings, REIT property acquisitions, limited partnership offerings, and syndicated debt transactions.
Roger provides strategic planning and valuation consulting services to technology companies, and provides economic analysis and development consulting services to public and private entities. He has acquired and transferred millions of dollars of real estate, and manages multi-million dollar portfolio of real property assets. Roger received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University.
William Cunningham – Senior Vice President of Sales
William Cunningham joins LifeLink Data Corporation as an experienced sales and account executive to lead in structuring LLD’s VAR, B2B, and retail channels.
With over 20 years experience in the technology sales industry, William will be a welcome addition to the sales team. Prior to joining LLD,
William was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for I-Silver Inc., creating and maintaining strategic relationships with VARs and major hardware solution providers such as Hewlett Packard.
From 1999 through 2003, William was the Senior Account Executive of Webserve Inc., managing the entire sales force, Internet, E-commerce, and web site hosting services with revenues in excess of $10 million.
He is an active volunteer with Alternatives for Dads Services (D.A.D.S.), a non-profit supporting fathers.

Herb Stokes – Senior Vice President of Business Development
Herb Stokes joins LifeLink Data as a leading consultant in new business development for LLD’s national market with 35 years experience in national sales, marketing and business development,
and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining LLD, Herb owns and operates The Affluence Group specializing in creating a consortium of expanding
businesses that consist of corporate relocation, corporate event planning, global logistics, and professional business consultancy services.
Prior to The Affluence Group, Herb founded ARS Relocation Services,
which generated $5 million in revenue its first year. Herb holds degrees from Rutgers University and DePaul University. He serves on the board of numerous organizations including Chicagoland Business Partners,
The Metropolis 20/20, C.A.U.S.E.S. and Chicago Minority Business Development Council (CMBDC).
Dr. Charlie Cornish – Senior Architect
Charlie Cornish is driving LifeLinkData’s technology development and strategy. He brings over 15 years of software engineering excellence with extensive experience in the analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, and documentation of software products and the leadership of technical teams.
Charlie possesses a broad and diverse set of technical skills including procedural and object oriented languages, object-oriented design, database design (relational, geospatial, 3-D, object-oriented, XML), real-time and network distributed computing, software configuration and lifecycle process management.
He has experience in the commercial, e-commerce, health care, aerospace, defense, scientific, academic, GIS and image processing sectors. Charlie holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Cornell and an Undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Cameron Smith, Ph.D. – Director, Operations
Cameron has 20 years experience directing operations in start-ups, turn-arounds as well as major corporations. During his time at Microsoft, Cameron managed a team of supply chain project managers and was responsible for launching all Microsoft Retail products in the Americas.
Cameron successfully introduced the capability for Microsoft to offer customized products to Retailers and increased revenue in this division over 45% per year to over $9M in incremental revenue.
He has worked as Director of Operations in the Software, Healthcare, Medical Device, Financial and Manufacturing industries.
At LifeLink Data, Cameron is responsible for hiring, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, financial and day to day operations of the Company. Cameron holds degrees from University of California at Berkeley and received an Integrative Management degree from the University of Washington, Graduate School of Business.

Cassandra Williams – Director, Customer Relations
Cassandra began her management career with Nordstrom Inc. She has a strong understanding of what it takes to build and manage an expanding team to provide unparalleled service for both internal and external customers. Her career with Nordstrom spanned 22 years in sales, department manager, customer service representative and Human Resources.
Cassandra’s last position with Nordstrom was Senior Human Resource Manager for their Northwest Flagship Store.
Before joining LifeLink Data, Cassandra was Executive Director of the Center for Empowerment, a community foundation to support Seattle’s inner city families and businesses. She also ran a successful Small Business Development Program for Business Owners,
which received an award from the White House on the successful outcome with business owners participating in the program.
Cassandra is a graduate of Yakima Valley College with a Mid-Management Degree. She also has a number of Continuing Education Certificates from Nordstrom and was a participant in the Business Executive Development Program offered through the University of Washington, Business School.
Matthew Reese – Senior Program Manager
Matthew Reese brings over nine years of business experience to the LLD team. Prior to joining the Company, Matthew held various positions in project management, finance and real estate with Starbucks Coffee Company and Boeing Satellite Systems. He is currently responsible for managing the product development team and ensuring a timely completion of the LinkDrive and additional software applications.
Matthew will be a major contributor to the strategic plans and policies established by the board of directors and executive team. He holds a M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. from University of Southern California.

The LLD Board of Directors is comprised of six professionals who bring with them a diverse talent base. Officers of the Company are elected annually and serve at the direction of the Board of Directors. The Company has an employment contract with its President, James Williams, but does not have a policy of paying fees to its directors. The Company may implement such policy in the future.

Cheryl Jones, Chairperson
Cheryl has over twenty years of experience in information technology strategy and business development in the US Navy, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Logicon Inc., Unisys Corporation, Starbucks Coffee Company and small MBE firms. At these companies Cheryl held positions of increasing responsibility in management as Program Director, Director of Business Development, Vice President Western Operations and Director of National Sales.
In her position as Vice President at Unisys, Cheryl directed the strategy and implementation of the Microsoft-Unisys partnership for implementation across Unisys’ 100 global locations. Last year, Unisys was awarded the distinction of Microsoft’s Global Partner of the Year. While at Unisys, Cheryl was awarded the Unisys Excellence in Management Award for 2001, she was selected as a member of the Unisys Executive Development Forum, and she was a member of the Global Diversity Council. Currently Cheryl is Executive Director for Allen Renaissance, a non-profit focused on community development.

Steve Burgess, Member
Steve is an experienced Business Management and Operations professional having spent over 20 years in the gaming industry in the fields of Finance and Operations. Steve began his professional career in Seattle working in the Tax Department of Alexander Grant & Co. before moving into the private sector with Nintendo of America. Steve was instrumental in the launching of the original NES and Gameboy systems with Nintendo before moving to Canada to rollout Nintendo of Canada Ltd., for its parent company Nintendo of America.
With extensive experience in finance and operations Steve moved to Microsoft Corporation working in the start up operations for Xbox Operations. Throughout his career with Nintendo and Microsoft, he has been involved in launching over 15 gaming platforms, managing everything from new product introduction through retail channel operations.
Don Sytsma, Member
Don is past Chairman, CEO and President of Meteor Communications Corporation, Inc., (www.meteorcomm.com). He held these positions until his recent retirement in April 2009. Don co-founded MCC in 1975, after 13 years with the Boeing Corporation, where he held various engineering and management positions at the Space Center in Kent, Washington. He has co-founded several other companies including the Double Arrow Resort in Montana, a destination resort (www. doublearrowresort.com). He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, is a registered professional engineer in the State of Washington and currently serves on various boards for both profit and non-profit corporations.

Sue Merk, Member
Sue is the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for OneHealthPort, a shared security portal venture for healthcare organizations. Sue started her career practicing pharmacy for 18 years in a variety of settings including hospital Critical Care and Pharmacy Director for a health plan. She then served as the Chief Information Officer/VP of Business Systems for Group Health Northwest for eleven years before leaving managed care for the software industry.
In 2000, Sue joined Pointshare, a healthcare connectivity and application service provider company to design and deliver Internet tools to the healthcare community. Sue’s 51 roles at Pointshare included innovating products and services for the healthcare community that improve workflow and communication. Sue served as VP of Product Development, Product Management and Business Development over the course of her tenure with Pointshare. Pointshare was acquired by Siemens during 2001 and continued to focus efforts on community innovation and secure communications.
Sue’s role at Siemens included Product Management of a new secure messaging suite offering delivered to the healthcare market. In October 2003, Sue joined OneHealthPort. Her role is to find new business opportunities and expand the services offered on the shared security portal, as well as finding new ways to leverage existing security infrastructure in new business and clinical transactions.
